lol today I had a little time to tinker with my trike, so I tore it down and was cleaning it up. The entire time my dog was being a huge pain in the A$$ and leaning on me, coming up between my legs, etc...Oh yeah my dog is a 95lb pure bread black lab lol....I decided to come inside for a drink, and as soon as i step out in the garage this is what i find. img218.imageshack.us/img218/5894/dogwp9.jpgOh yeah here's the progress so far.... img206.imageshack.us/img206/3145/trikeva5.jpg

I don't know if any of you read the post on threewheelerworld about Ronnies billet impellers having those problems. Well I had put one in for the peckerhead poker run, made it the whole way no problem. I hadn't even rode since then. I decided I would pull my sidecover off and check out my impeller. Well I was at a little bit of mixed emotions. It came out in two pieces, it broke right at the pin. I found the pin laying in the bottom of my case under my clutch basket....I would have had it all put together and ready to rock by this weekend, but this took the wind out of my sails I've been debating upon selling it, so I may re-ring it and sell it img225.imageshack.us/img225/5915/impeller1cl3.jpgdrew....

that is crappy news on the impeller. I was so close to picking one up when they came out, but havent been in the 3 wheeler loop in over a year to know that anyone was having problems. Sorry to hear that you did have problems. At least you found it before you burned up your engine.
