I'm still here, just doesn't seem to be much going on here these days. Not sure about Bob and Dustin. I know Neil is selling his Cannondale, keeping his Banshee and maybe selling all his drag bikes except for the Z. The d**n sissy got into street bikes and I think he has lost some interest in atc/atv's.
I am waiting on a 525 Outlaw it is supposed to have a ship date of the 29th. If all goes well it will be mine for sure.

By what i've read in the mags, this new 525 outlaw is a sweet ride! ktm powerplant+irs=a good time! Neil always was a sissy boy lmao! Now i'm debating what i should sink my money into! Either I continue with the "yz" route, or get the new 310 sleeve and stuff. If i went the 310 route I would be tempted to build a long rod motor (uses a spacer plate and yz490 rod) I don't know, "a fool in his money will soon part."

Yeah Im being a sissy and selling the cannondale while I still have my head above water with it. I was going to buy another computer with the money, but found something else Ive always wanted to have instead. An old Cadillac Hearse, so thats my new project to keep me busy. Ill keep the shee, but plan on selling the ATZ500 once its warm and I can clean it up a little. The little YZ drag bike Im going to keep as well as a tinker toy really.

Well its good your keeping atleast one "man" machine What happened with the cannondale? Run into some problems? The last time we spoke you had a lead on another motor that was going to be built up a little better or something along those lines....Anyways good to hear from you again! ps are you making the caddy like the one on unique whips, the one for "smoke" aka tony stuart? drew

Yeah I got totally burned on what was supposed to be a brand new rebuilt engine. I bought the motor, the ECU a laptop computer and everything to go with it. It gets here and doesnt run, and I spent more money trying to diagnose the problem, and still dont know. So before I have a ton of money wrapped up in it, Im giving a fellow cannondaler a good deal on the entire package, and let him sort it out.
As for the caddy.. that one on unique whips was some early 80s p.o.s. Mine is a 64, big fins, mean and nasty!!! This thing is a beast. Ive gotta drive down to Moore OK next weekend and pick her up. Ill link up some pics when I get her back here. Its gonna be a mean ride once Im all done with her.

That sounds like a much better invest for your cash then another computer. I love the looks of those old caddys with the big fins. I think the golfer greag normal has one a mint one.
