It's time to get signed up for the Poker Run guys. You can sign up at Dodge City Powersports.
This is a really fun ride to attend. The cost is $30 that gets you a free meal, t-shirt, regeistered for door prizes, poker hand and best of all a bunch of support vehicles if you happen to break down or crash.
Let me know if you plan on attending.

Me and my brother are going to do it, unless something serious comes up that keeps us from making it. Is there a deadline for sign up? Hell i know a guy that works there everyday from Hanston, I could just send a check with him. Keep your fingers crossed that harvest continues to go smooth.....this is the first time I've seen a computer for a week and a half, can't complain tho, we're cutting some 60 bussel wheat Does anyone run paddles? or do you even need them? drew

Today is the last day to register, so if you plan on registering you better call them today and get them paid tomarrow. You can still run it without registering you just won't get the free shirt food and door prizes.
Who works there from Hanston? I know they fired that guy they called Red along time ago.
No paddles needed, no quads will run paddles.

Neil Hardeman (I can't remember if thats how you spell it) But I guess I won't get the t-shirt and food and stuff. If we show up, is there any way we could get someone to take our gas cans to the check points?......... I dunno I'll just do some calling tomorrow while I'm driving grain cart, and see if I can't sign up and send a check with Neil since we get in so late from cutting.....

Gas cans will be no problem. My wife will stop in Cimarron. They will also have people at every town in between. At the beginning they will tell you what vehicles will be in what towns. If you need gas in more then 1 town you will need to bring more gas cans.
I didn't realize Neil was from Hanston.

The poker run was a blast today. Droopie's tri z ran flawlessly I would say. I know there was some small crashes but as far as I know no one was injured. I won the poker run with 2 kings and 2 sixes, won $200. Bought some raffle tickets and gave them to Alec he won a pair of riding gloves.
