I use imageshack if you have a better easier way let us know.

Once you get to imageshack you must browse for your photo. Once you get it in the box click host it.
It might take a little bit for the next screen to come up.
Once it comes up scroll down to an area of many links.
Copy and paste the one that says "direct link to image".
At that point come here and paste it in your post.
